Terms of Service

1. Who we are

REXO SOFTWARE is operated by REXO SOFTWARE ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@rexodma.cc.

2. What you buy

You buy time-limited access (a subscription period) to a training program. The period starts when your payment is confirmed. Buying again adds time to the end of your current period.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We never charge you again unless you place a new order.

The software is a training and simulation tool. It is not certified for real air traffic control and must not be used to operate real aircraft.

3. Your licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the program on one computer at a time during your subscription period.

Each subscription is tied to one computer. If you need to move it, contact support and we will release it.

You may not copy, share, resell, reverse engineer or remove the licence checks of the software, except where the law gives you that right.

4. Accounts

You must give correct information, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

5. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payment is made with cryptocurrency through our payment provider. An order is completed when the payment is confirmed in full. Underpaid or late payments are reviewed by us by hand.

6. No refunds, and your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is made available immediately, you lose this right once access has begun, if you agreed to that before buying. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access to start immediately and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal.

Apart from this and your rights under mandatory law, payments are not refunded. See the Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms (for example by sharing access), after warning you where reasonable. You may stop using the service at any time; unused time is not refunded.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent and gross negligence. [A lawyer must complete this section for the chosen country.]

9. Changes and law
