1. Who is responsible

The controller is REXO SOFTWARE, support@rexodma.cc.

2. What we collect and why

Account data: your email address, name and password (stored only as a one-way hash). We need it to run your account.

Order data: what you bought, the amount, the payment status and receipts. We need it to provide your subscription and for accounting.

Licence and computer data: which programs you own, until when, and the name and a technical identifier of the computer you activated (the identifier is stored only as a keyed hash). We need it to enforce one computer per subscription.

Security data: sign-in events and a keyed hash of your IP address and browser family. We use it to protect accounts. We do not store your raw IP address in these records.

3. Who receives data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email provider (Resend) and our payment provider (Plisio) process data on our behalf. [Complete with the final providers and the transfer safeguards.]

4. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Security events are kept for a limited time. [Exact periods to be set by the owner.]

5. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to support@rexodma.cc. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

6. Cookies

We use only cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
