Refund Policy

Payments are final

Because access starts immediately and cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed, we do not refund purchases.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you agree before buying that access starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has started.

When we will correct an order

If you paid but did not receive access because of an error on our side, we will give you the time you paid for, or refund you if that is not possible.

Mandatory consumer rights (for example if the software is defective) are not affected.
