Quick answers about subscriptions, devices and accounts.
How does a subscription work?
You choose an app and a period. When your payment is confirmed, the license for that app is active until the end of the period. Buying again adds the new period on top of the time you have left. Nothing renews automatically.
Can I buy now and start later?
Yes. At checkout choose "Keep it ready, I will activate it later". You pay today, the purchase waits in your account, and the time only starts when you press Activate, whether that is tomorrow or next month. If you choose "Start right away", it starts when the payment is confirmed.
Where do I download the launcher?
The launcher is available in your account, under Downloads, while you have an active subscription. If you bought for later, activate your purchase first and the download unlocks.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The launcher can no longer start the app or download updates for it. Your account and your other apps are not affected, and you can buy a new period at any time.
How many computers can I use?
Each license works on one computer at a time. If you change computers, contact support and we will reset the device for you.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is in cryptocurrency through our payment provider. Other payment methods may be added later.
Do I need a separate account for the launcher?
No. You sign in to the launcher with the same email and password you use on this website, and with your 2-step code if you turned that on. Your password is sent over an encrypted connection and is only saved on your computer if you tick "Save my password" (kept encrypted by Windows, and removed when you sign out). Prefer not to type it there? The launcher can also sign you in through your web browser.
Is my account protected?
Yes. You can turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, see where you are signed in, and end any session. See the Security page for details.
